My Experience
I learned this approach to profitable sustainability as a global leader in consumer products development with a Fortune 50 company, overseeing innovation, sustainability, supply chain, and product launches in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
I am trained both as a Chemical Engineer and as a Gallup Strengths Coach, so I think equally in terms of evidence-based processes and optimizing team engagement and contribution.
I have had global category wins in very competitive business segments, improving sustainability profitably while growing consumer and stakeholder confidence.
I have generated win-win partnerships externally, especially with suppliers.
I have found creative ways for disparate internal groups to work together in pursuit of an energizing goal and delivered outcomes bigger than each group could have done on its own.
I have set innovation strategy based on consumer trends, ecosystem knowledge, and competitive understanding and implemented it by valuing people's innate strengths, adjusting resource footprint to create more value, and creating novel capabilities that competitive advantage.
